
This exercise strengthens and stretches your back muscles in one move. It also targets the rhomboids, lower trapezius, gluteus maximus and erector spinae muscles. Women would love this exercise too, as it also tones the buttocks.
Lie prone with you arms by your sides, palms down.
Exhale and lift your head, upper torso, arm and legs away from the floor. Squeezing your shoulder blades together and down toward your hips, raise your arms parallel to the ground and stretch back with your fingertips.
