
Start your day with step aerobics! To get the full fat burning and weight loss benefits of step aerobics, try doing these two step aerobics routines before you have your breakfast.
The first video is for beginners, which the seasoned step aerobics enthusiast can also use to warm up. As you improve, you can progress to the second and third videos for more advanced steps. I have included two advanced step aerobics routines for the purpose of varying your workout.
Just do video 1, and either video 2 or 3. Doing two routines will take a total of close to 20 minutes, which is the minimum recommended duration for a good cardio workout. If you like, you can use hand weights and ankle weights to tone your muscles as well.
