This simple, low fat, high protein meal is ready in 20 minutes, makes one serving. This dish help you to lose weight and feed your muscle, which in turn burns fat in your body.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole egg
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup spinach, shredded
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 3 oz smoked salmon, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 oz low-fat mozzarella
Preparation:
- Beat egg, egg whites and skim milk. Add salt and pepper.
- Saute onions in a nonstick pan until translucent.
- Pour egg mixture into a nonstick pan coated with cooking spray.
- When omelette is cooked on one side, flip it over and add cooked onion, spinach, tomato, salmon and dill to half of it.
- Fold the other half over the top, cook until firm and serve.
